Didn't like anything, except clean staff

Our room was clean and complete with a clean bathroom. The staff was very kind and nice, and the service was excellent. Location: the hotel was near to the restaurant. Tried some takeout specials at Strip's Chicken, luckily it was not too far away from the venue.

The room was an absolute nightmare, with a smoky odor, broken sink, and unkept bathroom mildew. Expected, at the very least, a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but alas, nothing. Breakfast was sad and the walk to it was ridiculously far. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't. What a disappointment.

Initially assigned a smoking room despite my preference, the first two rooms were also unclean and smelled horrible. The walk to the breakfast area was a bit of a trek, and the bathrooms had noticeable mildew and broken porcelain, off-putting. The door on my room had a noticeable gap, letting in noise from the hallway, and the breakfast selection left much to be desired with basic options and a broken juice machine.

Two nights spent here revealed a generally pleasant experience, characterized by a clean and comfy queen room. The staff offered really good service, mimicking a level of care that felt genuine, especially during the check-in process. Breakfast featured hot coffee and pancakes, with a nice selection of grab-and-go items. Minor issues included tidy but dated decor and some small stains in the room.

We loved visiting the local parks and checking out some cool shops nearby. If you're looking for a nice spot to relax, I definitely recommend this place! Just remember to grab breakfast early, as it gets busy!

We experienced some issues with the smoking room we were initially given, which wasn't ideal for us, considering our allergies.

The staff was helpful. They offered a special link for discounts at various hotels. Spacious rooms with thick towels, and the breakfast was decent, with cereal and toast.

It was just a well-suited match for a short layover in Olathe with good value for cost. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. Check the availability of rooms ahead to avoid long waits at check-in.

The toilet paper was always stocked, nice. Enjoyed some relaxing moments at the spa facilities. The breakfast area was really clean and had a decent variety. All in all, a solid experience.

Great updated rooms and very spacious with large screen TVs. My check-in experience was friendly and helpful.

The room was well priced at US$86 and extremely spacious. The room featured a pullout sofa and a balcony. The hotel is in a magnificent location close to everything, including Strip's Chicken for fast food.
